Delete Your Account & Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your Reactimer account and all associated data at any time.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

Account Information: Your email address, display name, and authentication data
Timer Configurations: All your custom timer settings stored in the cloud
User Preferences: Any settings or preferences associated with your account
Subscription Data: Records of your subscription status (actual billing records are managed by Google Play)

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your synced timer configurations.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to:

Subject: Reactimer Account Deletion Request

Please include in your email:

The email address associated with your Reactimer account
Confirmation that you want to delete your account and all associated data

What Happens Next

We will verify your identity using the email address you registered with
Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 7 business days
You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Note about subscriptions: If you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it through Google Play Store before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges. Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Alternative: Delete Data from the App

You can also sign out from the app and clear local data:

Open Reactimer
Go to the navigation menu (hamburger icon)
Tap on your profile
Tap "Sign Out"
On your device: Settings → Apps → Reactimer → Clear Data

Note: This only removes local data. To delete cloud data, please submit a deletion request via email.
